Terms for using our website and understanding service information.
During pre-launch, the website provides general business information only. Bordoh Cleaning is not accepting bookings, and no service agreement is created by viewing the site or sending a general message.
After bookings open, an online request will remain a request only. A booking is confirmed only when Bordoh Cleaning accepts the scope, timing and price in writing.
Quotes depend on the information and access provided. Materially different conditions, additional work or unavailable access may require a revised scope, price or appointment.
Invoices are due within 30 calendar days. Cancellation or rescheduling requires 30 calendar days' notice unless different written terms are included in the accepted quote or booking confirmation. No fee or charge applies unless it has been disclosed and accepted.
Customers must provide safe and lawful access, identify known hazards and secure valuables, pets and restricted areas. Bordoh Cleaning may pause or decline unsafe work.
