Deep & detail cleaning · Perth

Time for the detail.
Room by room.

A focused scope for areas that need more attention than an everyday routine, with realistic priorities and care appropriate to the property's surfaces.

01

Priority rooms

Start with the rooms and surfaces that matter most, distinguishing a whole-property request from a focused area.

02

Accessible edges & fixtures

Agreed skirting, ledges, handles and other accessible details that sit outside a simple surface refresh.

03

Kitchen & bathroom detail

Specific areas of build-up on suitable surfaces, with material, existing condition and access considered first.

04

A realistic finish

Identify wear, damage and permanent marks separately from removable dirt. Cleaning is not the same as restoration.

Before a clean

A little preparation.
A clearer brief.

  1. Describe the areas needing extra attention and their current condition.
  2. Flag delicate finishes and any previous surface damage.
  3. List appliance interiors, windows or other extras individually.

Common questions

The details,
made clear.

Does deep cleaning cover the whole property?

Only if the agreed scope says so. A focused kitchen or bathroom clean and a whole-property detail are different requests.

Can every mark be removed?

No. Some marks are wear, damage or permanent staining. Surface condition and safe care requirements limit what cleaning can achieve.

Should I send photos first?

Photos can help explain a general cleaning priority if you choose to share them through an official channel. Avoid people, private documents, keys and access codes.
